Project Overview

What we were asked to solve

A construction team had site updates, supplier documents and material requests spread across chats and spreadsheets. The business needed a single project view without forcing field staff into a complicated ERP.

The portal separated site capture from head-office approval: mobile-friendly forms at the site, structured queues and reporting for management.

The challenge

  • Material requests were approved in chat with no audit trail.
  • Supplier documents were hard to find when a project changed hands.
  • Management reporting arrived late and depended on one coordinator.

Our solution

  • Project and work-package records with assigned owners and due dates.
  • Mobile-first site updates with photos, notes and issue status.
  • Approval workflows for material requests and contractor documents.
